Vista Architecture International has a growing presence in the international arena providing a one-stop service for project management and design commissions.

We have established regional offices in Cape Town and Belgrade and are currently co-ordinating new projects with multi-disciplinary design teams.

We pride ourselves in understanding different market requirements, developing collaborative partnerships and delivering complex projects.

Vista are currently engaged in projects in Serbia and Montenegro.

Vista Architecture International Limited. is a wholly owned subsidiary company and operates as an international Design and Project Management company offering Executive Architecture and Design Management services to international clients.

Vista is developing further links with associated practices in Central and Eastern Europe, and in the Middle East.

Chartered Architect, Developer, and Project Manager both in the UK and Europe.

Former Vice-President of the Royal Institute of British Architects responsible for International Affairs, and on RIBA Council for six years. Chairman of the South East Region of the RIBA.

Founder director of the first architectural practice to become a member of the London Stock Exchange.

Tim founded Vista Architecture in 1996 through which he has carried out all his subsequent work.

In the late 1990’s Vista part owned and managed Wentwood Properties Limited, an Anglo-American joint venture company, developing retail projects in the Czech Republic, Romania and Poland.

From 1999 to 2001 Vista provided services to PRP Architects, one of the 15 largest UK architects, as a director and implemented major restructuring of the practice.

From 2001, Vista provided consultancy services to the Childcare Corporation plc with Tim Forsyth acting as Director of Development, where he was responsible for a roll-out of a multi-million pound chain of new Day Nurseries throughout the UK.

In the UK, he has been responsible for the development, design and project management of a wide range of major projects, West End and City of London commercial developments, business park and industrial projects. These include the Guildhall Art Gallery in the City of London, the Department of Culture in Cockspur Street, the conversion of the Edwin Lutyens designed 8 St James Square, Westminster, into the former Royal Fine Arts Commission and the headquarters campus for Blue Circle Industries at Aldermaston.

More recently he has been responsible for the masterplanning, design, planning approval and construction information for major residential projects in Dartford, Farnborough, Chadwell Heath and elsewhere. Overseas, he competed successfully for two very large mixed use projects in Eastern China, and has been deeply involved in Poland, Czechoslovakia and Romania, where he has owned architectural offices. He has exhibited at the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy, and won a number of architectural awards including a Civic Trust Award, two Good Design in Housing Awards, two Richmond Society Awards, two North Hertfordshire Awards, a Concrete Society Award and others. He is a Freeman of the City of London, and a Livery-man of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects.

Associate of HOK International until 2007, when he joined RPA Architecture as an Associate Director.

He became a Director of Vista Architecture Ltd in April 2008.

Director of Vista Architecture International Ltd in 2010.

Manages UK team. Expert in technical architecture and production systems including the use of building information modelling (BIM).

Specific projects include a large refurbishment project on Whitehall. Geoff was based on site for four years during the construction phase and worked closely with the Main Contractor in a Senior Technical role . He was heavily involved with the administration of the project. This position led onto another site related role in Suffolk which was a multi discipline development involving various types of buildings and construction methods. The project was set within an environmentally sensitive area.

Air Terminal works include refurbishment and new build projects in Delhi, Bahrain and more recently with Terminal 5 at Heathrow, where his skills were utilised in resolving various design and technical issues on site with the Client and sub-contractors.

Smaller projects include restoration and fit out works to a Grade I listed building in East London, private/social housing in Poland and the U.K..

We are a quality and delivery focused practice, and secure post-planning technical design for a substantial proportion of our own design projects in addition to projects designed by others.

The construction industry faces enormous challenges with demands for greater sustainability and delivery in the context of a difficult market, with margins challenged by increasing building costs and commercial pressures, the importance on co-ordination, control of design, cost and delivery have never been more relevant.
